Ralph Landwehr, CEO & Chairman of the Executive Board

Ralph Landwehr (55) has been the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) at NORDENIA INTERNATIONAL AG since 2001 and has been a member of its Executive Board since 1997. He is responsible for group strategy and the Consumer Flexible Packaging Division, Customer Relations, Investor Relations, Research & Development, Company Communication and HR. Previously, Ralph Landwehr was Managing Director at the NORDENIA plant in Szada, Hungary, from 1995 to 1996 and Managing Director at the NORDENIA plant in Halle, Germany from 1996 to 1997.

Andreas Picolin, COO & member of the Executive Board / Vice Chairman

Andreas Picolin (50) has been a member of the Executive Board at NORDENIA INTERNATIONAL AG since 2001. As COO (Chief Operating Officer), he is responsible for the Advanced Films & Components Division, Asian Market Development as well as Strategic Raw Materials Purchasing. He has been Vice Chairman of the Executive Board since 2004. Before his appointment he was Managing Director at the plant in Steinfeld, Germany, from 1993 to 2001. Andreas Picolin joined NORDENIA INTERNATIONAL AG in 1991 as Executive Associate to the Chairman of the Board.

Andreas Busacker, CFO & member of the Executive Board

Andreas Busacker (46) has been a member of the Executive Board since 2004. The CFO (Chief Financial Officer) is responsible for the divisions Finance, Accounting, Legal and Tax, Information and Management Systems, Process Engineering as well as Strategic Purchasing Machines and Plants. Since 2001, Andreas Busacker has been Chief Financial Officer at NORDENIA INTERNATIONAL AG, where he previously held the positions of Group Treasurer and Head of Finances from 1996 to 2004.
