This includes, for example, optimizing film formulas in order to reduce production costs even further in accordance with the development of raw material prices and to increase the efficiency of the films: for example, it was possible to reduce the material thicknesses of films for form-fill-and-seal packaging by more than half in the last decade - with simultaneous improved ultimate strengths and faster processing speeds at the customers' packaging facilities it was possible to reduce both material requirements and packaging costs.
